Sometimes I'm busy or I'm just inattentive
Sometimes I'm busy with RL stuff or I'm just not being very attentive
to various things, then I come on LJ and I'm confused about what's
going on with a friend's journal. Not being in on their crisis from
the beginning, I am left wallowing as to why they're freaking out,
which inevitably results in a mondo-research session just to figure
out WTF is going on.
So the next time I'm having a crisis of fanfiction, I will make sure
to put a little message at the top or bottom to recap what all is
going on with me. That way people don't have to be confused and they
don't have to ravage my LJ and find out that I like cats. (I REALLY do
like cats, btw. I would totally trade my dog in for a cat if I could
[not really.])
Anyways, the weather is currently beautiful here and my dog and I are
sitting out under our giant maple tree enjoying the weather. I have
updated ParaShift, in case anyone follows that, and will be updating
the AO3 version sometime later tonight (after seven Pacific time.)
*In case you're wondering what ParaShift is, that's my sci-fi mpreg
story. I tried to come up with a realistic way that mpreg could happen
that doesn't involve magic or assbabies. NBecause while babies are
cute, the idea of assbabies is kind of gross. So I turned to to the
wonders of science and I'm doing my best. There's also political
intrigue, a fascist society, and a romance that people seem to be
enjoying.*
