Saturday J and I took a road trip to Ohio to pick up some parts for the omni and some tools. It was about 8 hours all together, most of that driving time. On the drive I saw three deer running together, a groundhog, ducks, and lots and lots of cows and horses and ponies. I like cows. We also passed a drive through party store. Because Pinky was in the post, I must begin this response by mentioning Pinky. Pinky, Pinky, Pinky...

The idea that they just bound out and get crashed into. Car crashes are things I'd like to avoid, and it's just one more way to be involved in one. Although it's better than living and driving around SF. Scary place.

Also, in a recent RPG session, deer stared at us in a creepy fashion as we exited the woods, fleeing the talking snake.

I am paranoid about them darting out into the road and being hit by cars (especially cars I happen to be riding in). But other than that I think they're cute. Though I will only pet the ones at the zoo, as I am also fearful of lyme disease.

Ryan once ran a campaign where my character say a grape blink at her. A fucking grape. My character was sort of going insane at the time though, having been infected by the nasty stuff that was sucking the life and mutating everything around us.

Pinky would love you. He gets really happy when people say his name over and over again. Gets him all tail-waggely and playful.
