I am quite pleased with the swiftness and efficiency of the Lynnwood Police department, especially in the case of me having to get needle-swapping pipe-passing drug addicts out of my store. For a moment there though I felt the fear, much like Dr. Thompson says, "You can turn your back on a person, but never turn your back on a drug..." especially when they're scratching themselves like rabid wolverines, sweating profously and jabbering about trying to find Aleister Crowley books and needing their crackpipes.
