I may not recycle, but I can make a good boiled dinner! And drink a lot of whisky! And make enough Irish Bread to feed a small army or, alterantely, a small group of drunk people!

Other than that and my Guiness shirt, I don't deck out for St. Patty's Day. Years of hearing my grandparents say 'This isn't how we do it back in the Mother country!' finally killed any desire to wear big floppy green hats and gaudy necklaces.
