Next time I make this I want to try adding several things: Fresh Sage, Boiled Eggs, Shallots, walnuts, and Celery.
Autumn Cornbread made with only 1/4 cup of brown sugar (unless you like your stuffing really sweet)
2 eggs beaten
1 caramelized onion
2 cups chicken broth
3 cloves of garlic (best sweated with the onions - towards the end so they don't burn)
Rosemary
Parsley
Dried Sage
Pre-heat your oven to 350
Tear up the cornbread and then mix with all other ingredients
Bake in oven for 30 minutes
