This tastes almost exactly like my favorite Chicken Massala recipe from our favorite Indian restaurant.
1/2 cup sour cream
Lemon Juice
Cinnamon
Pepper
Salt
Ginger
Curry
Chicken breast
Cut your chicken into pieces
Mix the ingredients above together and then coat your chicken - leaving the chicken in the mix to marinade. Refrigerated for an hour.
Pre-heat to 350 then bake your chicken for twenty minutes
Tomato Sauce
Butter
Cumin
Curry
Garlic
Heavy Cream
Cocunut Milk
Mix together in saucepan to make a sauce and then mix in your chicken
Leave on med-low heat in a skillet and let sit for 20 minutes.
