The hospital one is indeed strange but since it’s not whole short and just a clip, I can’t really pass judgment on it. From what I gathered with what was shown, is it about the character trying to get home? Seeing the cardkey with the ruby slippers, it certainly gave the hint of Wizard of Oz and then Alice in Wonderland with all the bizarre imagery.

The Zero one looks sad, like you said... The Lost Thing looks interesting too. It’s too bad they’re mostly trailers.

Unfortunately, that was all I could find on the shorts. The hospital one was about plastic surgery too, which isn't really shown in the clip.
