I went to the next gen meeting tonight and it was amazing!!!!! Just utterly fucking amazing. i got a big hug from my E and met a lot of new and old faces. The subject was polyamoury. The speakers were Kodiak's Family unit. i learned so much and got to ask questions that have been festering for quite awhile. i was given the strength and courage to be open about how i'm feeling with my new friends by how easy they were to talk to. i got lots of hugs and i was quickly accepted by Kodiak's family. Afterwards a bunch of us went around the corner to get dessert and i got the chance to talk to T and Kitty a little more in depth about how my family worked and how i can improve myself as an equal family member. i look forward to sitting down with my family and talking about what i learned.
Afterwards we ran to the crypt because humperdink wanted to get some cuffs. We called ahead to see if they were open and we have 15 minutes to get there and buy what we needed and they new we were coming and we practically RAN to the shop. i learned i can run in 4 inch heels heh neat. When we got there the guy that works there that has seen me multiple times, (he freekin saw me the night before!) he was just a total ass hole and was totally rude and clueless. (same guy who sold Sir his violet wand) And the prices were horrible even though they were 25% OFF. It really bummed me out that it was so bad. On our botched attempt at finding the freeway we went by Treasures and Pleasures. Now there is a huge difference in service. We were greeted with a smile and a just a happy friendly happy chatter. i felt so at home there. humperdink found ten times better quality cuffs in the exact style he wanted for way less than the crypt. He and i also got grey hankies. humperdink also custom ordered a leather bracelet with a grey strip in it for only 18 bucks. custom size and color. Recockulously good deal. I was talking to one of the owners asking if he had the puppy paw mits in. He said no "BUT" he takes me to the front room with all the insertables and sure as hell he had just gotten a puppy dog butt plug. i sat there wiggling it for like 10 minutes. It had great movement sadly it was way our of my price range. It was $78.ouch. Anyways its just even more incentive to somehow make my own!
