Central Market
Tonight I went to a grocery store called Central Market. From the website, and from first appearances, I thought, "Wow, maybe with this I won't miss Wegmans quite so much!" Is that true? The answer is yes and no.
Yes, the store has a lot, and is a lot more comfortable and organized, much in the way Wegmans is. However, the downside is that it's about six times smaller than Wegmans, and still doesn't have everything I want (Where in the bloody hell can I get Tonkatsu sauce down here?!) Too bad really, I was actually excited for a nice place near my apartment to get groceries.
However, the biggest plus is that it's in Alamo Heights, which is just beautiful any time of the day.
