Story on Wiz
Real name: unknown
Age: rotates through lives. (Collectively: unknown)
He doesn't really have a memory of the first time he has lived as a soul. A few of his memories are lost when he dies so after several times, his first memories are completely wiped.
The reason he takes on the names of the people he is connected to is because
1. Even if he had a different name, no one is going to use it anyway
2. It gives a sort of belongingness when other people call that name (which is often considering he always tags the person he is connected with)
3. A possesive thing.
Although he grows up with the person, he is usually on the small side. His growth is very slow. Makes you wonder how he managed to move around when he was a baby, right?
Of course he didn't. Before he is able to walk properly on his own legs, he remains within the body of the person he is connected with. It's usually until they grow to 4 or 5 years old that Wiz is finally separated from them. He doesn't really like to spend time within a body he can't control anyway especially if they are reckless and easily hurts themselves.
His favourite colour is obviously blue. Even he doesn't know why but it's been like that since forever
He doesn't need to eat. Somehow. Under the coat, he is actually quite skinny and frail but he never actually ever needed to eat and it wasn't like he could anyway, for many reasons. It wasn't until during his last life(*) that he had any vague sense of hunger and food.
He didn't originally belong in Britain. He used to be able to talk French when the person he was connected to was a Frenchmen. There were also times he was with a Finnish man but it was so long ago and the languages he could talk ended up being English and German only. When he finally settled for England and was later befallen with 'the mistake', his German got rusty so basically he's an englishmen already lol
The thing with England
Actually, Wiz isn't any part of England. Although I had made it seem like that in the beginning with the whole "I am the wizard, I prefer black magic" it gradually changed into Wiz being an individu on his own. Illusion of Time was made to show how did he, an outside being, manage to be the Wiz that somehow ended up withing England without actually being a part of the landmass.
Heck, Wiz isn't a nation.
Although I didn't make it obvious, considering circumstances, there are very distinct differences between Wiz and England. As you can see below:

For one, Wiz is actually shorter. He's the uke despite everything. His hair colour is also different and, on normal circumstances, he smiles a lot :D His tagline is "Not evil but not nice either"

Wiz's relation to other nations
Wiz used to live with a person under the Hapsburg and all so one day that person went to Austria's house (probably to complain or something) and Wiz saw Chibitalia for the first time...and stalker!HRE as well. Neither saw nor noticed him though but he doesn't like that HRE makes Chibitalia cry (Later on, he doesn't know that both of them fell in love)
Believe it or not, Wiz is a Prussia fanboy XD It has something to do with the German family.
Yes, their first meeting happened here. England doesn't know though sshhhh--!!
America later on doesn't recognize Wiz because he changed to look like England. Only after that did meetings with Wiz end with England making him forget
First meeting with France pfffffft---hahahahaha! You can take this however you want. It will definitely appear in Illusion of Time <3
Special trivia: during a stretch of time, Wiz could kiss England like normal people
