Weddings!
I love weddings, I mean I love photographing them, but the whole thing is just so damn fun. And I am lucky enough to have two friends are getting married in the next two months. What's fun is the dress that is requested at both. Fun for me because I get to SHOP.
The dress for the first wedding came in today. Considering the hosts have requested 'modest formal' and I bought this which does go to my knees, I need a camisole so the girls aren't out and about. Now normal camisoles won't do. So Google got a 'modest camisole' request.
That was about two hours ago. I am now lost in a sea of modest dresses, tees, and fashion blogs.
Suddenly I remember that I have another wedding to attend and this one is a steampunk wedding. Ack, spending too much time picking out and looking at modest wedding wear (come on who doesn't like looking at wedding dresses!?), when the rest of the outfit is complete, high heeled brown boots (my ankle WILL be healed enough to wear them damn it), a necklace a friend game me for Christmas and a sweater for good measure. I need to move on to the steampunk theme!
Oh boy, I think I know what I am doing this weekend. If I don't show up to work on Monday can I call in shopped out?
EditAnd I just scored a coat on Piperlime that I have been drooling over for a few weeks that was 125 and is now 50. MINE.
