In-Out Update
2014 is already one thousand times better than 2013: I have a job!
Start time with my new employer is not till 28 Feb, but on learning of being hired (and the start time) I've since taken a pizza delivery job to "fill in the financial gaps" from now till my first paycheck at my new full-time (and likely very full-time) job.
I will try very hard to make a comprehensive account of the important things that happened between then and now to make this possible. This is a story that I think really should be told.
