- Pretty much took me the entire week to finish the last mission. I left off with everyone roughly around 30 or 31, with the exception of Rem at 27. Yes, even Machina was at level 30. But I guess this is a good thing because I heard the levels of the enemies in the final chapter sets at your average, so I was battling a bunch of level 34s! :D
- I'm rather pissed at you, Suzaku crystal :\ Class 0 gives you 24 middle fingers to the offer of becoming a l'Cie and you go and make Rem one instead? Screw you. I don't need your sticking l'Cie powers.
- After losing terribly at the one part with the mine tiles and just losing far too many characters before I managed to finish the room, I took the team out for a massive grinding session, replaying mainly the Big Bridge mission and getting revenge on the dragons who were killing the trainees in the Judecca mission until Eight, Trey, Seven, Jack and Cater were all at 38. Ace got up to 36, Queen to 34 and Nine to 33 before I lost interest and decided to give it another try.
- S.O.s. They were everywhere D: So I gave in and searched Gamefaqs for a guide to not die horrible deaths because I couldn't understand what to do xD
- Hmmm, took me several tries to figure out how to do the room where you had to light the candles and defeat the Guardian. Turns out, you also had to defeat everything else in the room or something too! :O Gamefaqs you liar.
- Nine's impenetrable bubble is amazing <3 Just hiding in it and charging up arrows with Trey made me feel like such a troll B)
- That mine-tile hallway is evil D: I lost Sice and Jack in it, but King came to save the day <3 Trey was a big help with the Rurusasu~
- Then there's that "NO PHYSICAL ATTACKS" room that just distressed me because I didn't know they meant all magic-based attacks too (and here I thought I could cheat my way through with Cater's magitek gun before she asploded after the first shot made contact D:). Cinque was the big hero the first time around, but time ran out and I couldn't figure out how to get the path to rise up. Ended up having to sacrifice Cinque and Deuce the second time because the stupid game wouldn't just let me send out a single character.
- Cater saved my ass in the next room. She easily decimated all the Rurusasu in the NO MAGIC room.
- Trey and King managed to make their way to meet up with Cater and Queen with no casualties <3
- Unfortunately, I lost Trey and Seven in the battle against Gilgamesh after I finished the Souryuu room D: However, Eight bravely fought solo and depleted all of Gilgy's health! :D
- From this point on, Cater and Eight completed the Byakko and Suzaku rooms together. It is so much easier to keep everyone alive if there are only two people in your party <3
- But then Eight died when we were running up the stairs with all the shooting eye lasers >.> Cater made it to the top alone, defeating all the eyes with plenty of time to spare!
And then she exploded. I guess this is an unwinnable S.O.
- And here is when I started choking up at everything really. I should have known Tabata would pull something like this! He did it in Crisis Core and The 3rd Birthday as well! Making you play through to the finale even though your characters are doomed to die ;A;
- Hmmm, to be honest, I've been really bashing Machina a shitton lately. Forgave him a bit after the scene with Rem. He is very lucky to have such a talented VA who really made out just how desperate and distraught Machina was at the thought of losing Rem. But wow, is he stupid or something? It's not like Rem is wearing a mask :\ They're both idiots for not realizing it's the other during this battle.
- Oh god, having to watch the party painfully walk over from Point A to Point B is just distressing ;~; My poor Eight lumbering onwards with Ace and Queen in tow, all of whom can barely keep themselves up.
- And then the battle with Cid? Everyone dead again.
- Yay Machina and Rem revived them all!
- And then we died again after absorbing Cid's Phantoma >.>
- Everyone's crying ;A; And now I'm crying too... But Ace singing Zero made everything better.
- Machina and Rem just burst into the class, and sees that everyone died together holding hands. I just lost it ;A; I cried so hard my head just started going fuzzy. MACHINA I TOTALLY FORGIVE YOU NOW BUT I STILL HATE YOU AND REM FOR BEING CONVENIENTLY CRYSTALLIZED WHEN ALL THIS WAS GOING DOWN.
- The ending is beautiful and this is an amazing game, but damn you Tabata for also making it terrible depressing ;_______;
- Waaaaaaaait a second- Machina gets to live happily ever after, getting the girl, becoming Agito and ruling all of Oriens while Class 0 die? I can't see how that's fair :\ I'm taking back my forgiveness Machina. That is not cool.
You know, I was planning on getting my name changed at a forum to Agito... but finding out that it's Machina completely takes away all desire to do so.
- NEW GAME PLUS YES <3333 EVERYONE'S ALIVE AGAIN!
Except for Izana ;~; Start us off with creys, and end the game with creys. I love you game but my heart despises you for all of the mood swings and depression.
