A guy I haven't seen since seventh grade will be in Hayward this weekend. I wonder if I'll recognize him.
Ha! "Lars and the Real Girl." Ryan Gosling plays Lars, a man who falls in love with a blowup doll he bought online. And get this, it's not even supposed to be a comedy. It's a heartwarming love story.
Sweet! Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor together in a movie. It's called "Cassandra's Dream" and it's written and directed by Woody Allen. Apparently, that's not a comedy either. Oh well. It's freakin' Colin and Ewan! They play brothers!
December 14 - "I Am Legend." I have only one thing to say to that: YES.
I need to start reading more books. I think I'd like to check out the Stephanie Plum series that Elissa is always raving about. There's also this book called Hero, by Perry Moore. It's about a gay superhero. Awesome. :) And then there is this vampire series by a woman named Stephenie Meyer. There are three books: Twilight, New Moon, and Eclipse. They're "young adult," but they sound interesting. Sorry, no links. I'm too lazy.
Chuck is sending me a bunch of downloaded shows to check out. He's so awesome. :) He's gonna send me Burn Notice, Psych, Californication, and some other stuff that I can't remember now. Oh, The Dead Zone and Eureka and possibly Mad Men, The Dresden Files, and Torchwood. He's also sending me more Dexter because I have not bought it yet because Wal-Mart doesn't have it (they're so useless). I'm gonna have so much to watch.
Carmy was in Hayward! She'll be gone in a matter of hours, but I got to see her a couple times. Her boyfriend, Brian, came with. I like him. They're perfect together. Both a couple of dorks. :)
