Today kicked so much ass!

Yes, I am completely fine. I just get the urge to say strange things sometimes.
Anyway, I saw so many friends today that I hardly ever get to see! It was so much fun. :)
First of all, Carmy missed her flight yesterday, so she didn't arrive in Hayward until early this morning. So, she and I got together today at around 1pm. I met her boyfriend, Brian. He seems really cool. He reminds me a bit of Chuck, so he gets the stamp of approval. :) I realize I don't know the guy at all and have no bearings to say this, but I think Carmen may have finally found the right guy for her. From what I could tell as I watched them and from the few times I talked to him, he seems so suited for her. They're just right.
I gave Carmen a rubber ducky. I first asked her if she had one and she said she didn't. So, I said, "Well, I think everyone needs at least one rubber ducky." And I gave her my invisible devil ducky.
Aww, she bought me a shotglass with flamingos on it! I heart flamingos. :) And one flamingo is saying to the other, "Be honest - does pink make my butt look big?" :D
After seeing Carmen, I met up with _valencia_, her brother (who is hopefully getting an LJ soon), tulafel, meterove, faerie_gwen, and nny1001. We all discussed our next movie project. I'm so excited! I'm not all that good at it, but I love to act! I hope this time I'll be much better. I was maybe 50% good in the first movie. This time I will strive for at least 75%.
Plus, I get to be a vampire!! And The Lady of the Lake. Never mind. Long story. Perhaps, once we've got this thing a little more fleshed out, I'll fill you in on the plot. We plan on getting together again on Monday. And that just so happens to be faerie_gwen's birthday! :)
A lot of phone calls were made back and forth among us seven people. Which was odd, because we were all together. Haha. We're weird like that. It's a good thing.
Actually, poor nny1001 wasn't feeling well and was only with us part of the time. I hope he recovers quickly.
Much writing to be done. And an f-list to check.
I owe Amanda a fic. So do four other people. I wonder if any of them finished yet.
I also need to do some revisions on my pbficexchange submission. I was so done about three weeks ago, but now I don't like it as much. Plus, I wish it could be a bit longer. I need to add some details here and there.
