Got hit on by some dudes at Mobil. One of them was drunk, the other was just outgoing and not-so-straightforwardly dirty. After asking Arin if she grew up around here, he then came over to me, and the first thing out of his mouth (I kid you not!) was, "So, do you guys perform any extra services here?" He emphasized "extra." What a scumbag! I was like, "Nope!" But I'll admit that the attention is nice. It's creepy while it's happening, but it's funny later on!
And apparently there's a released convicted rapist living nearby, and he came into Mobil one day and was eyeing up Darci. Jeez. It's crazy to think that there's a guy like that around. It's such a small town. Anyone could be his next victim! The things that go through his mind aren't the kinds of things that go away with a prison sentence. Darci found him in Mobil's surveillance video archives and showed him to Arin and me so we'd know what he looks like. He's a native guy, really tall and broud-shouldered, and his head is shaved. He looks tough. He's young too, probably in his twenties, early thirties maybe.
