Meena
My betta fish finally died today. She was poisoned about a week ago when my former roommate poured a small amount of flea powder into her tank. It appeared to have burned a layer of skin off Meena at the time. After an emergency water change Meena appeared to be normal, but today she stopped eatting and was peeling another layer of white skin-like material off and bleeding from the gills. She died about 15 minutes after I noticed. It was just so sudden and now I'm sad. I know she was just a fish, but she was the fiestiest female betta I've ever seen. I'm now PISSED at my former roommate. She's going down.
