I mean for god's sake, it starts in college.
I'm reading a chapter in my project management book called: "Interface Coordination Through Integration Management"
In other words:
"Managing the work and timing of different groups of people across mutliple groups"
Or maybe just:
"Coordinating the workflow across multiple groups of people"
