Wine Tasting on site by Naked Winery of Hood River, Oregon
This show has been organized by my lovely friend Colleen, and I am thrilled to be part of it. Colleen and I have co-miserated for years about the inherent but nonetheless lamentable limitations we face reaching an audience with this kind of work. We are both struck by how much pent up supply AND demand exists for this... So much so that I personally have become strongly interested in exploring a business possibility in this area. For Colleen's part, she met the owner of this multi-use gallery space who shares our enthusiasm for the genre, AND who opens up this gallery space free every month to some kind of art show (not always of this specific agenda).
I am insanely excited about this show on numerous levels, including but not limited to:
--> Working on new pieces of art I've been wanting to get to for quite a while.
--> Sharing this work I've been up to with dear friends like you all!
--> Collaborating with fellow like-minded artists.
--> As a stepping stone toward this business idea I'm dreaming of.
