Easter Sunday

I worked Easter until three, then headed to Lincoln to have Easter dinner with my parents. We had lamb chops, corn casserole, twice baked potatoes, and fruit salad. Mom had a big Easter basket filled with candy we could all share: chocolate bunnies, Nestle crunch chocolate eggs, Reeses's peanut butter chocolate eggs, and jelly beans. I also got a gift card to Barnes and Noble.

I let Mom and Dad hear the message Gracie (and Kelly) left me with Gracie saying thank you for the Easter card and stickers I sent her. The card I sent her was a lamb and on the inside it said, "You are woolly, woolly special to me. Happy Easter." Mom had sent her a pair of My Little Pony pajamas and she said Kelly had called to tell her that she had asked Gracie who else likes My Little Ponies and Gracie replied, "Auntie Sara!" LOL, I thought that was so funny. I already have her card ready for her third birthday in August: a My Little Pony card, what else?

I met their new next door neighbor's cat, Puffy. She (I'm guessing it was a she since she was wearing a purple collar with a bow...it looked very girly!) was very friendly, especially since Mom was feeding her cat treats. While we were eating, Puffy was at the backdoor at the kitchen and Milo was on the other side and both cats were looking at each other. Puffy gave a little growl at one point and both cats were being cautious, but Milo didn't have his fur raised like he would if he were around dogs! Of course Milo is bigger than Puffy so that probably helps!

After we ate, we played a couple rounds of Scattergories. One list we had to name a TV star and we had "F" and Mom put "Jimmy Faller" and I go, "Uh, did you mean Jimmy Fallon?" LOL. We let her have the point anyway.

By the time we finished, The Good Wife was on and so my parents watched that. They asked me if I watched it and I said I was just about to start season five. And now I'm going to hide the rest of the conversation just in case nobody is caught up with The Good Wife and doesn't want to be spoiled!

So my mom asks me if Will if still in the picture and I say he is, and then later my dad (he wasn't in the room when Mom asked me earlier) asked what was going on with Will and Alicia and I tell him they're being good and that Will is dating another woman. Now I know my parents are trying to see if I have seen the episode where Will is killed but they don't want to spoil it for me...but I already have been spoiled that he dies. I think he gets shot by a client...I'm not really sure how he is killed, but I couldn't escape the spoilers that he dies. At least Dad was more subtle about it...Mom pretty much indicated that there will be a point where Will is no longer on the show. True, he could have moved away or something, but I totally knew what she was hinting at. Once I get to that part of the series, I will tell my parents all along that I knew he died, but since I don't know all the details, I don't want to be spoiled on those!

This afternoon Mom and I went shopping where I got some new bras at Victoria's Secrets. For lunch we went to a chicken place called Raising Cane's and had the chicken tenders with Texas toast, cole slaw, and fries. It was very good. Mom said they are going to build one in Omaha and I am very excited for it!
