Reality show update
Thought it was about that time to make comments on my thoughts of the wonderful world of reality TV.
The Amazing Race
So there are four teams left and I love two of them and despise the other two. It's probably not too hard to guess who I love and hate. Seriously, if Dustin/Kandance or Danny/Oswald don't win, I'm going to be crushed, that's how much I hate Mirna/Charla and Eric/Danielle. Eric is such an asshat, especially last week when he called the BQs "dirty pirate hookers" just because they used the yield on him. (I just hope that doesn't come back to bite them in the ass; you know E/D are looking for revenge). But he's just such a tool, ugh! Sometimes Mirna and Charla aren't TOO bad, but then they do something and I start hating them again. Did anyone else LOL like mad when Mirna was telling that girl not to do drugs and stay in school? Good Lord, she sounded like one of those "The More You Know" commericals on NBC. I seriously love D/K and D/O and I'm rooting for either of them to win. I have to admit I'm rooting for D/K a little more because it would be nice to have an all female team win...we've seen so many all male teams win.

Latin night always sucks, doesn't it? I have to say that this season is probably the worst, I'm just so bored by everyone. I do like Blake, at least he keeps it interesting (although he needs to learn some new dance moves!) Jordin is also one of my other favorites. What a voice for a 17 year old, though I don't think she has topped her British Invasion performance. Melinda and LaKisha, while great singers, I just find them so...ZZZZZZZ. ::::huge yawn:::: Sometimes I like Chris (aka Timberfake) and sometimes I just think he sounds really bad (like when he was singing Smooth, I didn't think he was that good and was surprised when the judges liked it). Phil creeps me out and he annoys me as well. He has family who lives in Lincoln, so apparently I'm supposed to root for him according to our local news. Yeah, whatever! You know who he reminds me of? Remember that episode of Buffy the Vampire Slayer called Hush that had those creepy Gentlemen villians? He so reminds me of them! Ick, just creeps me out. Please go away, Phil! Haley can also go away too and I'm glad she did. Her voice is so awful. Simon is right that wearing next to nothing is a good tactic for her. Do you noticed that whenever Simon makes a remark about her legs, she rolls her eyes? Well, sweetie-poo, if you don't want people leering at your body, don't wear skimy short shorts. Duh. And Sanjaya. Oh, boy. Actually, he's kind of entertaining, so he can stay. Plus it would make me laugh and laugh and laugh if he did win. Because I'm evil.
ANTM
My favorite is Brittany and I think she has a good chance to win this. She has a unique look and she's quite stunning (especially since they took out that awful rat's nest on top of her head!) Her skin is so flawless. She also takes some fierce pictures. Even though I like Jael, I can never understand what the frack she is saying half the time. She is so not Cover Girl material! If Penelope Cruz and a drag queen ever had a love child, it would be Jasleen. Natasha is cute with her accent, but I didn't like her makeover very much. What's up with three of these hamsters having kids? Aren't they a little too young for that? They can't be more than 21? Yikes!

I am soooo disappointed that Michelle was voted out. :-( She was such a doll, plus I liked her alliance. I am PRAYING that either Earl or Yau Man will win these. They are my favorite. I'm a little bit ticked off at Dreamz for voting for Michelle when he and Mookie just had a conversation about their concerns about Stacey aligning with Alex and Edaurdo. What the hell is wrong with you, Dreamz?? I thought you didn't like Stacey! And just when I was starting to like you, too! (LOL I loved his smackdown on Lisa last week...that was awesome!) But oi! Now I'm a bit worried. I bet if they had had time to strategize, then Stacey would've been voted off...grrr! I hope Mookie and Dreamz join forces with the other alliance and vote off Alex, Eduardo, and Stacey. It's interesting now that there are two HII AND I HOPE SOMEBODY FINALLY GETS TO PLAY IT!! Because this is the third season with the HII and it's never been played, right? But I'm crossing my fingers for Earl and Yau Man to make the final two!
