Update
I haven't posted for 5 years. I can't believe it! So much has happened in the last 5 years. We have sold our place on Gabriola Island in Canada's Gulf Islands and now have a place in Florida. we go there for about 2 or 3 months in the winter and I go to art school. I am now into painting portraits of my Grand Children. My son and daugther-in-law are really pleased with the portraits and now I am working on my husband; I may even do my own portrait. Then my sons.
I found the Gulf Islands too, too wet. I got really bad sinus infection and that really effected my two rebuilt ears. I got virtigo and I am a boater. Boating is out of the question when you have virtigo.
We are in Oklahoma right now with family and will spend the US Thanksgiving with them; then on to Florida. My oldest son is going to join us for Thanksgiving. He will fly in from Vancouver. I am really looking forward to it; he always has a day planned for us; a special day. He always finds something nice for us to do. There is an amazing amount of things to do in Oklahoma.
