Back in the day, around end of primary-school type time, i wanted to be:

proffesional netball player (a, the idealistic hopes of an 11-year-old)

animal photographer. 
environmentalist.
zoo keeper
vet 
a person who recorded natural sounds and mixed them with pretty music to make relaxing cds. and use my animal photos as album cover.

basically anything in

Journalism (that's the best match so far)
Graphic designer
Industrial designer (this one is pretty good too)
Theatre/entertainment/events manager
Teacher (primary or secondary - you could do a LOTE immersion programme like Juliana that ends with an overseas trip)
Genetic researcher (that's what one of our friends from brazil does - specific to obesity. she's trying to find links between genes and obesity, and thus find a way to reduce the problem.. lots of money, and travel all over the world to conferences etc. to meet like-minded people)
You could start your own business too. There's nothing better than working for yourself! You just need to offer something creative and new or different, that could have a market and demand. (apparently accounting is pretty good)

And film producing! Producers are in hot demand at the moment! And you can write as well, and get your script made! Writer/producers are actually the best variety of producer, because they are more conscious about how the film gets made creatively and how certain decisions will affect story.
