I live and have been doing stupid things. Very stupid things indeed. Today I was paid to stand around and talk and stare into space. I was supposed to be raking dead grass, but why bother? This is where your tax dollars are going, everyone! So that I can be told to rake pine needles where there are no trees growing, or to sweep the same ten feet of sidewalk for four hours, or to wander aimlessly in a one acre area picking up any trash I find, which is little to none. Be proud, America, be proud!
