Obama's DOJ just filed a brief requesting dismissal of a case to overturn DOMA. Among other outrages, it claims that the case should be thrown out because states can prevent incestuous and pedophilic relationships. It also claims that the plaintiffs, one of whom is a widower of a congressman and can't collect his husband's federal pension, aren't substantially harmed.
