TSO, here we come!

I fell asleep last night at about 7:30 p.m. HUH??? So, woke up early this morning and checked my e-mail before showering. Come to realize that Trans-Siberian Orchestra tickets were going on sale this morning (I thought it was tomorrow). I still hadn't heard from my sister and BiL about if they would like/could go with us, so I called BiL at work and he still hadn't called the dentist to see if their appointments could be changed. So, I decided if I hadn't heard from him before 10, I was still going to order 5 tickets.

We (Nikki and I) got on line before 10 and I had a 10 minute wait. And then...*ta-da* we got 11 row tickets!!!!! wOOt wOOt...now I only have 3 months plus to wait.

It's alot of gold-dust, but it will be so worth it. And I'm happy to be able to share this with my sister, BiL and KELSIE!~~her ticket is her Christmas present (although I've already ordered and paid for what I thought would be her gift and also found her annual Christmas tree ornament that I buy her every year from Bronner's in Frankenmuth, MI. Every year I buy her an ornament that has something to do with that year's goings on. Last year was an ornament with notes and a saying about singing since she had been a part of Youth Choir that she had to try out for. This year, I found a BLUE smiley face ornament with braces...she just got them on about 2 months ago. Perfect!

I so love to find gifts that match people. I love buying gifts for my friends. I love making gifts. (I must have a problem). I'd much rather see the smile on the face of a loved one from a gift they received than anything else. It seems to make me feel important and worthwhile. (Maybe I need to clean my magazine rack again...seems the issues are creeping in again).

Work was blah...wasn't motivated enough to really get all the work done that I wanted to...but I figure if I'm just a tad behind for the next three months, maybe I won't have to take off that much time without pay in December when docs are on vacation? OR...maybe I'll get it caught up next month when Dr. Spanglish goes to Colombia to surprise his sister for her 50th birthday. He'll be gone three days. yep, that sounds like what will happen.

/babble....
