Yay for rain!! Lottie's having a ball wearing her raincoat - mind you after you've squatted in puddles and scooped up water in your hands you're wetter than if you'd just gone outside with clothes on, but she's having fun and that's the most important thing.
Meanwhile we have hopefully bought a house!
