Mark this day of changes...
Went to a job interview today to be a manager at another Chapters location.
Yeah.
Got told of the position Thursday... got called by the general manager of that store Friday... got interviewed today.
From my experience, a 2-hour interview where you leave feeling like you were chatting over coffee and were going to meet next week is a good sign.
Of course, I pass by my present store and picked up The Art of Full Metal Alchemist as a treat for going to the interview (instead of chickening out or not taking it seriously) and wound up talking to other co-workers who asked why I was looking so dressed-up.
Yeah, they found out about the interview... and every one of are treating me as if I am already leaving the store. Ok, so they are *that* confident I aced the interview, but I really don't want to jinx it yet.
So I am pretty much with one foot outside of the store... because if I don't get the job, I am pretty much gonna keep on moving away from the store....
