Dude, I decided that I just can't have customers anymore. They're the biggest pain the butt sometimes. I need an application for customers, as a part of the initial assessment. They see my portfolio and I get project details and a personality test designed by me for them to fill out.
I don't know what it is like working in the private sector (I am interested, if you do tell), but where I am, ALL my work is "free" to the different departments I work for. What a pain in the ass. Endless revisions unless I put my foot down. We need new operating procedures.
