I think the back of the shirt should say, "PETFWO," which obviously stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Fertile Women Only. The tagline could be, "Be barefoot and pregnant, or be single."

Yes, and like so many other federal guidelines is CRAP, and just a backwards way of trying to give fertilized eggs greater legal status than the fully developed, sentient American citizen who happens to be carrying it. [/rant]
