To Facebook or not to Facebook.
Err hello. had a busy couple of weekends. 2 weekends ago my Sis came over from Dublin on the friday with her Polish boyfriend. He seems a really nice bloke and he is into metal and comics. More importantly he treats my sis better than any other boyfriend she has ever had so he gets the thumbs up from me. We went bowling and concluded we all suck. I did however suddenly discover how to spin when bowling. So in theroy that could really improve my game, ofcourse my general inability to aim more than compansated. The sat we went shoping, or more accuratly my sis went shoping and me and her boyfriend got dragged around in her wake. Ofcourse she had to go get her hair and nails done, so me and Mathew went to all the comic stores in town :D
Sat nite I had myy x's, Anna's 30th birthday. Danced quite a lot and had a really good chat with her mum, and quite a good one with her dad which is strange as he seemed quite friendly, completly different from any other time i have ever encountered him. Anna's sister, Kate gets the prize for words biggest flirt. Not tht Im complaining as god knows I love to flirt.
Sunday was My cousin Kerin's wedding. She married a really nice Italian guy. Loads of Italians there and a good few of the men where wearing kilts which was really good to see them getting into the spirit of things. I was not really in the mood for dancing but once i was dragged up nothign short of a black hole could have dragged me off. Was a really good day.
This weekeend just past. This weekend I had to look after the dog. Mum was away to a concert in manchester for the weekend. She was ubnder strict instructions not to throw her underwear on the stage through fear of suffocation to the band. Saturday I had to come back into town for my best mates, cousins, bairns heedweating. That was agood night trawling from harbour pub to harbour pub. A stirling rendition of Vanilla Ices ice ice baby was performed by one of the guys :D
Sunday my brother came through a day earliy for going offshore so we met up in the pub with 2 sisters who he has known for years and i have know one of for a couple of years. We entered the pub quiz and thanks to texts to one of the girls boyfriends we made it to 4th. Just outside a podium finnish. There was aparticularly amusing moment where between 2 rounds the guy said there would b an extra point to the best made up man. we had no idea what he was talking about then he started the sentance "so ladies get ur make up... " thats as much as i heard as both the girls dove into their bags and me and John where out of the bar so quick, Ugene Bolt would have been left standing. Me and John were both speaking about facebook and whether or not to start it. I know a few ppl on it but i fear it would just b one more thing i never/rarely update. The sunday night the dog was really sick. There was lots of blood flecked through his vomit. As it was flecked i assumed he had torn part of his throat retching. had it been in globuals or pooled i would have been more worried. Thankfully he seemed his old self by lunchtime. Yesterday I had my post op check up, had to wait an hour to see the guy then was in and out in under 5mins.
Now I have a weeks holiday :D
