Via lefaym: Post a single sentence from each WIP you have (or as many as you want to pick). No context, no explanations. No more than one sentence!

1. They were never ones for slow, candles-and-rose-petals lovemaking, even before this thing started, and there's certainly no need for it now.

2. And slowly, so slowly and very deliberately, he traces the tip of his tongue up through the paths of Draco's tears.

3. He settles for the best thing he can do, for the moment at least, and tangles himself around Sirius’s warm limbs and kisses him hard on the mouth, then soft and then harder again.

4. Other members of the audience were openly laughing now, but not at his jokes; they laughed at him, and at his failure.

5. "Luna, you’re mad," he said, picking her up by the waist and swinging her around.

6. He opened his mouth to protest, but Tonks was already slamming the door on him, and presently he passed out.

7. "Madness? This is Astley!"

8. Harry wasn’t sure why he asked - misplaced nostalgia, maybe, a sense of better-the-devil-you-know, a yearning for a simpler kind of trouble.

9. Harry glanced across at Ron, whose mouth was wide open, and then at Hermione, who looked both shocked and oddly satisfied.

10. After a while, sticky fingers are wiped on trousers and eyes meet again and things ought to be horribly embarrassing but somehow they both manage to smile and then, the worst of it is over.

11. According to this sequence, a train is now an animal.

12. And the only other uses of the potion are a) an unfunny and largely pointless sequence in which Ron accidentally takes it, and b) Dumbledore's speculation that Merope might have used it to ensnare Tom Riddle senior, which is, indeed, speculation.
