[Brb, getting over the awe of EPIC fireworks. Not since his City insulting fireworks has explosives looked so good...he should tell Fred about those later, Maybe.]

That is the best advertising I've ever seen. Ever. I am quite impressed by those fireworks, Fred.

...You ever made fireworks that insult people?

[He doesn't wanna brag, buuut...]

[He raises his eyebrows, smirking playfully.]

Who do you think I am, mate? Figured filling the sky with exploding expletives wasn't the best of marketing techniques, but we've got plenty to spare.

[Again with the "we." Maybe this distraction was too much of a distraction, he's not guarding himself well enough.]

[Hanna grins, and he doesn't seem to notice the we. Or if he does, he says nothing.]

Excellent! I made insulting fireworks, once. They were great. Insulted the deities, the City, everything. It was awesome.

That's bloody brilliant, Hanna. We'll have to join forces and throw ourselves an anti-City celebration someday.

I don't mean to boast, but I really am, aren't I?

[So much grinning.]

So. Think I can afford a good mate a free sample, if you should feel so inclined. Fancy a treat?

You really are. It's brilliant, actually.

[GRIIIN.]

I am so inclined. I'd love to know how you pulled off the dragons, actually. Those were sort of awesome.

[It took him foreeever to get the rune combo for long lasting insult fireworks to work right. So he's quite impressed.]

Bloody difficult to manage, those are. I only just got lucky; we'd already made one by the time I got to the lot. Funny how this whole time warping thing works.

[He seems to miss that Hanna was asking how they make them, distracted by the thought that they already had.]

They're impressive. You ever make more, you gotta let me watch...

Meh, time warping, what can you do? It does make things easier...sometimes.

Hasn't done too much for me so far.

[Slightly bitter? Maybe. Fred doesn't appreciate this time pocket rubbish.]

At any rate, the inner workings of our products are top secret material, I'm afraid. Can't go about letting too much on, or it'll be hardly a Weasley & Weasley original.

Good point. Ah well, can't blame a guy for asking, right?

You'll get used to the time thing eventually...I mean, I've been here for over a year now, so.

Cat wouldn't've made it anywhere without a bit of curiosity.

[He winks, but then he's suddenly much more interested.]

A year? And have you gone home at all in that time?

[Video] manofgnee August 27 2011, 03:01:09 UTC
True. That's why they have nine lives.

[Hanna nods.]

Once. And it was the strangest thing. I was home for about a month...but when I got back here, it had only been about 2 days...

[So it is possible to go home. Then why's it that Ginny's been here three years without-?]

Blimey. Deities must be rightly tickled by this whole toying with time gag, hm?

The deities do it on purpose, I think. Like temptation that we've finally escaped, only to pull us back. They're sort of dicks, like that.

[He snorts. Not often someone uses a phrase like that back home.]

Yeah, suppose they are. [A thought.] Wonder what's in it for them. D'you think it's just for kicks?
