license to perform weddings
Anybody know anything about this?
Some friends of mine were having difficulties finding someone to officiate their ceremony and I jokingly said that I would do it. She liked the idea a lot. I know of some people that have done it but I don't know details.
How is that done? Anybody have info (links)?
