Wow, I got some great news yesterday!
First I found out that they Keyblade I had commissioned was done. The girl who was making it said that it didn't turn out exactly how she had planned so she didn't charge me a commission fee, just the parts and shipping. It's not a bad Keyblade at all, it's just rough in a few spots, but it's certainly not bad. She's been really nice about the whole experience and I'm glad I wound up choosing her to make it!
Here's the pics of it in case anyone wants to see: [

Also shortly after that, I got an email saying that my Master Sword was completely ready! This one's been on commission since last November so I'm happy that it's finally done. As a bonus, he basically made the sword belt for the cost of the leather for taking so long. I know a lot of commissioner's charge a good deal for making belts so I was very happy to get it for so little. I'm happy with how the sword and sheath turned out as well. My OoT Link is coming together well now. =)

And on the topic of more cosplays:
"So wait Shiroi... you just had this big huge list up a few days ago? Now you're telling us your adding to that list? What gives?"
Well, once again I find myself being asked to join a group with my friends. So now on top of Zelda, FF, KH, FE, Brawl, and PKMN, I'm going to add
this guy to my list. Since a certain someone who shall remain nameless invited me to make a cosplay for her group for Silent Hill, I decided to make one of the main chars since they are just normal people and don't require extenisve work to make a cosplay. Basically it's a military jacket, a dark shirt with jeans, and black boots for him. All things I can find at a thrift store so he won't wind up costing as much as the others.
So now I have seven cosplays for Otakon next year. Or was it six? I've actually lost count now! XD Wow... and I thought things were bad back when it was looking like 4-5 cosplays. *sighs*
