My pennypinching habit of always getting the free super saver shipping from Amazon.com bit me in the ass today. My Dissidia 012 game has not even shipped yet despite today being the release date, and it came to my attention that it would have only cost me a single dollar to have it arrive today. This is the part where I pull on my hair and bang my head on my desk. Right now, it's estimated to arrive a week from today, though Amazon's been pretty quick about their recent deliveries to me, many have arrived ahead of schedule. Maybe I'll get lucky and get it on Saturday or Monday.
Edit: It shipped this morning and the new estimate is for Saturday. Yay!
While checking on my order status on Amazon.com, I wound up preordering the complete series of Reboot and ordered a copy of Neil Gaiman's American Gods this morning. I also had something of a rude awakening by Funimation when I discovered that they pulled a lot of their free online streamed shows from YouTube, Hulu, and their own websites. I'm glad they held off on pulling FMA Brotherhood until after TMT so I still got to refresh my memory of Greed's personality and mannerisms. At least One Piece is still available, it's the only show of theirs I've been streaming besides FMA Brotherhood.
