So, I did my usual 2.5 mile run up near
JPL this morning. I really want to keep this happy trend going as long as I can. Every time I run I realize just how good it makes me feel. I start work with my head clear and body energized.

Cool Running Website has a 5k training regimen that I think I'll try out also. Given my recent performance in the Race for the Cure (35 min. for a 5k), I think I'm going to start with the beginner's plan.
