coconut macaroons

I used grated fresh coconut for these macaroons. 350gms coconut, 120gms sugar, 2 egg whites, 4 tablespoons flour, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon salt. Mix everything, scoop mixture onto baking sheet, bake at 160 degrees C for 25 to 30 minutes.
