i lifted today.

u know whats funny, i cant bench much now not because my pecs are weak, but my triceps are shot. after a couple sets my pecs would be fine but the tendons/ligaments whatever in the triceps would be spazing out, like right above the elbow, that bundle of ligaments.

oh. and also. costco protein is so gooood

· · 1 cup orange juice
· · 1/2 of a banana
· · 1 cup ice or crushed ice
· · Mixing Directions:
· · Put all ingredients into blender and mix to desired consistancy. Serve cold.

next time i'm getting strawberry. vanilla is getting kinda boring.
