Day 1 of detox.... Lunch. 4/10

So it took me a while seeing how i didn't have pineapple, but i made it. My impressions while making? well.. i don't really like cucumber to begin with... nor celery so i know that i wasn't going to like it very much. As still try to drink it... I tend to gag. But i force myself to drink it because i'm hungry. Cravings are kicking in but controllable. The only way to drink this lunch time shake it to chase it with water.... lots of it. I dunno if its just me but i've seem to be around so much junk food and its so easily at hand. It no wonder that i've gotten the beginning symptoms of high blood pressure. overall... this shake sucks and i never want to do it again. In my mind i'm telling myself... this is only 3 days... total of 9 shakes a day. you have 7 more to go and you'll be done. I'm hoping that my cravings will go away after day 3 and to hopefully clean out my insides.
