First Day
Hms...
1600 miles in 1.5 days. 4.5 tanks of gas. :(
Fell asleep twice at the wheel but almost made it to Dallas in one day.
Another reason I hate Dallas. One word. COPS
Ticket for doing 80 in a 60 because some asshole had to cut me off like 400 times. So I whip around him and bolt ahead of the traffic group he is so carefully wrangling. AND POW. Sum o biatchness!!!
Also got tagged with the wonderful bonuses of no insurance (Which I have. Just not the updated card) and no registration since I never got my Georgia tags changed over. Argh!!!
The rest of the weekend was good.
Now I am at my first day at the new job...
I almost rear end the new boss in the parking lot
After I was finishing up unloading a few boxes of my books for the office,
I went to move my car from the visitors area.
Of course I am next to an SUV I cannot see around...
So I slowly start to back out.
The new boss doesnt see me cause I have a small car.
And we nearly met the hard way...
Great way to start the first day!
As to the job...
Hms... I think I maybe be a little lost
or perhaps over my head...
Maybe I need a nap.
