lol oh man, do I know that thought process.... when my family helped me move recently, I had a bunch of people around. Thank God my friend knows all about my slash/BL love-- he packed all the books with me, and made sure he was the one unpacking them. And thankfully we both worked at bookstores for years so when we had a conversation that went something like:
him: Ok so how do you want them alpha'd? me: By author then series him: Arrange by mass and trade separate? me: Uhh, together where possible but separate's fine if it works better for arranging shelves him: Ok, and manga-- which bookshelf? me: The one in my room him: BL on top or bottom? me: Uhhhh.... bottom him: Ok
everyone just thought we were having some incomprehensible bookseller conversation and didn't realize what BL meant. Even so, every time my parents are over or someone's wandering around my room I sit there hoping they don't pick up just the wrong book, because seriously they could get an eyeful XD
I have since "come out" to my dad-- both as someone who writes m/m stuff and as a female into other females-- so maybe he wouldn't think twice about it by now? But the very idea is still SO AWKWARD D:
Anyway. Mega Upload :( Never thought I'd see the day. I'm hoping things pretty much end there but I guess we'll see... ALSO, I didn't realize you guys had done so many releases! I used to check your site all the time to see if there was a Love Stage update but since I knew there would be a lag I completely forgot to check. After your comment I just checked now and see I missed a whole bunch of stuff. Plus, I ask myself, how did I manage to forget you may still have awesome No. 6 djs? T_T Howww...
