No.6, oh and some show about shinigami~
Ok this post is probably going to be 95% dedicated to me fangirling the latest No. 6 happenings, so I'll get this out of the way first:
BURIMYU TONIGHT WOOHOO~ <--actually, those caps are a lie. I'm only mildly excited XD; mostly cause I dunno what to expect, I just know that it won't be Original Cast, and therefore won't be nearly as amazing awesome D: Alas, it couldn't last forever, but still... I do wonder when/if any of the other guys will come, though? Nagayan's certainly been in a Bleach mood lately, and he didn't go last night sooo....??
BUT NOW MOVING ON TO AMAZING NO. 6 FANGIRLING. First off, while taking a pic of my awesome breakfast, I found this old pic on my ipod that I took a while back when I got Frijoles to deliver to the office--the cook who prepares your burrito writes you a cute little message on the bag and signs his or her name. CHECK OUT WHO MADE MY BURRITO:
FUCK YEAH. I hope he packed it with lots of gay ♥ (also, now while picturing a reality where Shion is working the line at a burrito place in Roppongi, I feel like he WOULD turn his exclamation points into smiley faces and put lots of sparkly stars all over it. So, new headcanon for me~)
For the rest of fangirling, since I'm discussing this week's episode, I'll put it behind a cut for those of you who haven't seen it yet (BY THE WAY GO SEE IT)
Man, what is it with this show and so many random little scenes that just make me want to simultaneously jump for joy and weep and run around the room waving my hands in the air and punch a wall?? That's how much of an emotional roller coaster I feel like I put myself on every time I fire up an episode XD
All I really feel like I need to comment on though is:
1) Cross-dressing Nezumi was pretty fricking hot, but more than that was Shion's reacting *___* I feel like when he's sitting there GAWKING at Nezumi from the balcony, it's not because he's all "omg Nezumi makes a hot chick!" but totally just flabbergasted at seeing this side of the guy, amazed at his talents and how great an actor he is, and also of course the fact that he pulls off the role scarily well XD He's so cute in his reactions though. I just love that about Shion--how open he is, how he never downplays anything, just says exactly what's on his mind and doesn't apologize for it.
2) fuuuuck the dancing. I mentioned this to yumemiya earlier, but man, that scene just made me feel all manner of strange feelings that I can't really put into words. It was so goofy, but at the same time so charged with tension (oh yeah~), and then there was how weirdly ROMANTIC it was. Reminded me of the awkward dancing scene between Harry and Hermione in DHpart1 XD; Except it made more sense? XD I really want to read more fic of Nezumi teaching Shion these seemingly useless skills--who needs to know how to waltz in the middle of a slum?--that only really serve to bring them closer.
3) I really regret writing this at work now rather than finishing it at home, because I can't sit here and dissect Shion's whole weirdly sweet and touching confession sentence by sentence, but I can say I was just throwing a fit while watching it, hearing all these words that were just dancing around the edges of I love you and I need you and I can't live without you--I mean, it's torture, honestly :/ Still, I will gladly take what we're handed ("I've never been more scared than when you collapsed on that stage and I thought I was going to lose you") and not complain (too loudly XD)
But man, fuck this series and how good it is :< FUCK IT.
