Another day, another TeniMyu
TeniMyu was, of course, amazing ♥ I could seriously sit through this show five, ten more times and not be fed up with it *___* The guys are somehow getting better, visibly, show by show! Actors like Seiya, who plays Fuji Yuuta, were frankly terrible at singing only months ago, and even in the span of two weeks between the last time I heard him and this time, he's gotten so much better that I didn't mind him at all!
Which means actors who were already amazing at singing--Teruma, Yuuta, Kikuchi--have gotten all the more better. Even Ikki Uchi, which I was iffy on two weeks ago, just sounded so much better this time *____* I also realized that my two favorite singers in this musical--Yuuta (Kikumaru) and Kikuchi (Oshitari)--share the exact same mind-blowing verse of a song that's sung by Seigaku and Hyoutei at different points in the myu (like how Seigaku and Hyoutei both sang Do Your Best). GUH. I NEED THIS SOUNDTRACK SO BAD.
As for the myu itself, it was as good as usual! Taki has absolutely no reason to be there, tbh, and Ohtori's lisp is kind of inappropriate and bugging me (that weird lisp like Banchou and Ruito have XD;), but these are minor complaints.
I was highly amused at the 2-minute speech this time XD; The actors called out were Katsuo and Oshitari (!!!) which was totes amusing, because they messed up a lot in their skit XD The setup was that they were both waiting in a train station--Katsuo was supposed to meet up with Horio, and Oshitari was waiting for--come on, who else? Gakuto ♥ Oshitari stands off to the side and is talking about how Gakuto's late, and then spots Katsuo and says, "That guy... hey, didn't Gakuto say he got a haircut the other day? OI! GAKUTO!" and somehow confuses Mizuno Katsuo for Gakuto, wtf XD In the end Oshitari winds up giving Katsuo some impromptu Kansai-ben lessons which ffffff god so hot XD Katsuo's actor actually sounded REALLY GOOD on some of them XD;
On a somewhat related note: LOOK WHO WENT TO SEE TODAY'S SHOW! I love how dedicated Nagayan is to this season's shows! He doesn't even know these kids (except Tomoru XD), but he hasn't missed a single TeniMyu show yet this season! Makes me wonder if being in DL7th last year reminded him of how much he loved the experience and he wanted to kind of continue it as a sempai? I can't complain with him spamming his blog with pics of himself and his sonPedomaru ♥ So cuuuuute~
