THE BEST MOST EPIC BIRTHDAY PARTY IN THE WHOLE WORLD EVER
Sooooo HP10 was all kinds of EPIC 8D
I spent 15,000 yen on goods, sweated buckets, got shoved out of the way by really annoying fangirls, screamed my lungs out, and weirdly enough fell in love with Wasshi/Mizuki all over again because Wasshi cannot contain himself when he talks about Mizuki-saaaaan. Sano Mizuki, rein that boy in :/
This year they came in via the back door, hubba hubba.
*ahem* Well, yes. They came in via the audience again just like a few years back 8D In these really hot white outfits. After a short video intro to show them prepping, they dove RIGHT into the dance medley! This year the lineup was:
1) A really sexy new song I hadn't heard before, man they can still fucking rock *____*
2) On5 opening
3) On5 Schoolgirl dance
4) An older song from On2 or 3 I think?
5) On7 Schoolboy dance (XD)
6) Harry & Cress fanservice dance (with Daiki as Harry, Wasshi as Wanizuka, Eiji as Cress, and Tuti as an ADORABLE Avery XD)
7) On5 Okama dance (the chorus had Tuti saying "O", Eiji saying "K", Wasshi "A", and Daiki screeching "M-A!" XD)
8) On7 opening
The guys then formally opened the show with birthday celebrations and intros + Happy Birthday sung by us all. Daiki and Tuti then went off to "interview people" which turned out to be some pre-recorded videos they'd taken. The first involved Thane teaching them how to properly pronounce "Happy *pnish* Birthday" and was conducted in 'Marilyn Monroe' voice WHAT. The second group was Besshi, Tecchan, Gaku, and some random dude I'd never seen or heard of o_O idek XD
After this they performed their skit-combo skit XD The skit was based on the most popular skit as determined by the vote earlier this year: SCHOOLGIRLS! It was just a re-performance...up until about the time that Kii-chan and Yukko start fangirling Nocchi, at which point it took a turn for the weird and various *pnish* playverse characters came into their classroom XD Including Wanizuka, Shusai (who made Yukko his Zachou XD), Harry (who wanted Yukko to be in his theatre troupe [holy shit Yukko is popular XD]), and Kii-chan despaired that the skit was doomed and called upon the help of....RANDY XD who disguised himself as Yukko (XD;;;;). They eventually saved the skit and saw it through to its end~
The next segment was a bunch of the guys telling hilarious stories about each other, like about how Tuti snuck past the others to steal the first shower from them while they were trying to decide the order they'd go in when they all had to share a room, or how Eiji locked Wasshi out of their hotel room in Taiwan and claimed he wanted Wasshi to feel like a bad boyfriend to Eiji's pissed girlfriend, or how Daiki gets mixed up when he looks in a mirror (like drawing things on his face backwards [.................Taito XD] or thinking he's put on a hair piece incorrectly), or how Mizuki cheered up Wasshi after he failed to get a date on a group-date (!!! XD). I love their stories so XD
The second dance segment was a medley from their street-dancing days and was way more upbeat and required more movement XD they totally worked themselves to death here! My favorite point was the Dragonball Z segment where they all stripped half-naked (DON'T WORRY. TUTI HAD SHAVED HIS CHEST SO NO EYES WERE HARMED IN THE PERFORMING OF THIS HAPPYPANI) and pulled on orange gis with their first initials on the back XDDD (also amusing was how Tuti was the ONLY ONE singing during that part, and singing REALLY LOUDLY too XD)
Next up was a video of them trying to figure out what to call the next show (they come up with the title first? wtf??). Since it's a "T" show, they went through "Twitter Mode" (XDDDD), "The Western Mode" (yes, a saien XD), "Tokyo Tower Mode", "Te Mode" (Hand Mode), "Tsuchiya Mode" (XDDDDDDD I voted this one. It made Eiji give his impromptu Tuti impression), and eventually they settled on "Travel Mode" (or "Trouble Mode", I wasn't quite clear) which will be set in RENAISSANCE EUROPE and seems to involve musketeers :D I'm actually pretty stoked! Plus they're going to HOKKAIDO with this show, too :D *so proud of the boys*
The guys gave some final comments of thanks, and then broke into the traditional Makenaide :D I love that it's such a tradition now XD It's SO much fun to sing! Plus this year, instead of letting a huge bunch of balloons fall down, they TOSSED OUT FUCKING AUTOGRAPHED FRISBEES :D And amazingly, hamykia managed to get one of Eiji's! *jealous*
The last segment was another video of all their theatre friends holding up signs congratulating them on their achievements. Guests in this video included Kimeru, Nagayan, Naru, and HOLY FUCK TUTI'S MOM AND SISTER. Did any of the other guys' family show up there? Noooope. JUST THE AMAZINGLY AWESOME YUMIKO AND MIZUHA. FUCK YES. I love that they randomly wanted to show their son/brother they supported him in that manner ;____;
