It's possible I suppose, but they didn't even get their coats off hardly, it really was just some light making out and a bit of petting--when in the manga Takano was fricking about to stick it in when they got interrupted @____@ The DVDs will have to be 2-3 minutes longer it feels like to make up for what they've left out, sheesh.
You should catch up! Disappointing as it is that they've mucked up the sex scenes, it's still a good watch :3
I think I'm not disappointed because I haven't actually read the manga yet. I knew the show was gonna be this way since they did the same with Junjo, so I figured I'd watch the show first and treat myself with the manga later. Besides, unless the show is Sensitive Pornograph, I expect no more than those vague illusions to sex. Sometimes I prefer them to the awkward alternative (I'm looking at you, Haru wo Daiteita).
As for the show, I've been watching it with a friend, who is totally unlike me and watches the show as it comes out each week (then watches it again when I come over to catch up). I may have also spent last week's session watching Hetalia instead. I'd say "oops," but I have no regrets. Sweden/Finland ftw.
Yeah, but what they've done in neutering SH makes even JR look like raunchy porn :P JR was much more explicit in the anime--even the TV version--than SH. Hell, Misaki got off in the FIRST EPISODE, and no one in SH has come even close to orgasm >_>
The manga is amazing though--definitely go read it! It's so much better than JR, much better art, much better sex, much better lines, everything *_____*
I was SO happy to see (or rather, hear) they left the line in, but at the same time, SO disappointed they cut out pretty much THE ENTIRE REST OF THE SCENE. Why must this show make me so happy, yet piss me off so bad?! >_<
I'm still curious about the DVDs, but I sorta feel like they'll be a "fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me" situation. If the DVDs aren't any better than their on-air counterparts, I think I'd go into a second season viewing with much lower hopes than I did this time around. XD But honestly, I would still watch the shit out of it to see and hear Takano-saaaaaaaaaan~
