I was staying with a friend recently and we were listening to some of the music and I was all "awww TeniMyu~ ♥". I was just so heartbroken over 3rd cast leaving so abruptly -- and before I got the chance to see them on stage -- that it sort of ruined everything for me. I had no interest in 4th cast at all.....and then with how much you would go on about 5th-GP I was torn between "these guys sound awesome I should check them out" and "I don't care how good anyone says they are they're not Setomaru and TakiYuki :(((((" .......Yes I'm terribly mature. And it was just one of those things that the longer I went without it the harder it was to get back in..... But I think it's time to give it another chance. I just need to round up all the myus first....

Aww, you ought to know by now my standards are crazy high :P In that not a single cast since 1st cast was able to satisfy me for Golden Pair XD; (Takki and Setomaru were good but...I just can't get into a musical that I don't care about ANYTHING as far as the plot or characters go). So I hope that is some indication of how much I love 5th cast :3 They're just SO intertwined with 1st cast, which was my first love, and they all feel like they're just the BIGGEST, BEST TeniMyu casts that I can't stand seeing people who haven't been exposed to their awesomeness yet :D Hell--Rikkai is my absolute most-loathed team in canon, and...AND I WENT TO SEE THEIR SHOWS, LIKE, 5 TIMES EACH. WHAT. This is what these boys do to me :P

Haha, yes I am well aware :P My love for 3rd-cast had less to do with how good they were and more with.....I don't even know. They were the first cast I knew from the beginning, and they were just all so adorable (er, not counting Aiba; I tend to forget he was even there) and dorky, and....I don't know. Really it was all TakiYuki and Setomaru -- Setomaru was an amazing Eiji, and TakiYuki just loved Oishi so much, and loved the Golden Pair, and Seigaku, and his castmates so much....I guess it made me want to love them all too. 3rd-cast was not the best cast, but they were my cast. 3 years after they've graduated and I still can't be rational about them :/ And I'm with you on not liking Rikkai. But the GP and Momo/Kaidoh matches with them (the first time around) are some of my favorites in the whole series, I think (and Shinpei manhandling Tomo around the stage will never fail to amuse me). And Rokkaku is my absolute favorite rival school ♥
But anyway. The bitterness seems to have finally worn off, so. I mean, I need to watch the rest
