D-room Day 3!
Today was day 3 of D-room, and attended the 2nd of 2 performances today--with Yuzawa Kouichirou as the guest! Yuzawa is the daily guest, of course, but tonight (because the show didn't start until 8PM--REALLY late) was special >)
Tonight was the "adults only" show--that meant the talk was gonna get more risque than usual, topics were going to be touched upon that were not for children's ears, and it promised lots of fun. So how could I NOT go?
I managed to get a REALLY good seat considering I was 64th to get in: I was on the 2nd row, which meant my feet were on the floor, which was the stage. Daiki was going up and down the stairs right beside me a few times and we bumped repeatedly XD
While everyone filed in and found their seats, Evangelion was playing on the bigscreen again, and Daiki and Yuzawa were propped up on the floor watching it and giving a running commentary. They were at the part, for you Eva buffs, where Shinji walks into Rei's apartment to give her her new card, and comes upon her naked. Yuzawa got really excited at this part, "Watch watch watch--this isn't the TV version, so you'll get to see Ayanami's nipple uncensored, watch!" And sure enough, there was nipple-flashing. Thanks, Yuzawa.
The skit was Treasure Box 0.2, with Daiki raiding someone's room for his mission. Daiki was REALLY nervous, from the very start of the show for some reason--he could almost barely get words out at some points, even in the parts of the show that weren't scripted.
After the skit Daiki always strips and changes in front of the audience, and today wouldn't you know it the boy was wearing different underwear :DDDDDD Instead of the little black boxer-briefs from before, today he was wearing a pair decorated with stripes in varying shades of fuku-leader blue :DDDDD
Next up was the long-awaited TALK with Yuzawa ♥ The talk actually wasn't quite as risque as I expected from Yuzawa, but it was hilarious enough that I wasn't so crushed that he didn't tell us about his first sexual experience with a man in a public bath or anything.
The guys decided to start their talk around love and girls and loving girls (a Very Manly Topic if every I heard one). This led Yuzawa to first talk about what kind of girls he likes: he was quite clear, he likes non-virgins who act like virgins. He wants to see that kind of pure essence, the good-girl type, but he wants her to be more than experienced enough where it counts ^_~ He said, quote: "Virgins are stupid."
When asked what kind of girl Daiki liked, Leader replied: "Ones with short hair." When pressed on this matter, he replied as long as they've got short hair, he doesn't really care ♥ Daiki's not very good at this sort of thing, apparently.
Yuzawa then told a tale of the first girl he ever really liked. Her name was Iwate-san, and it was when he was an 8th grader (2nd year middle school). She had long, swishy hair, he recalls, and though they were in different classes, he was smitten.
He recalled vividly the two times they actually spoke to each other. The first was when he had changed into his PE outfit, and was waiting for his class. She walked up to him, and tapped him on the shoulder, and he turned around to see the girl he liked wanting to talk to him.
"...Your shirt's on backwards."
Yes, Yuzawa was always this cool.
The other time was during cleaning period, when the members of his group were supposed to be cleaning the toilets. Yuzawa himself was called to sweep in another area, and when the bell chimed, he came back to his group and was told Iwate-san had come by and talked to them, and had even asked about Yuzawa! They went ahead and took the liberty of telling her he was pooping on the floor in the classroom (boys will say this kind of stuff, I shit you not XD They think it's hilarious)
Yuzawa dashed over to her class and told her quickly that whatever the others had said about him it was NOT true and please don't believe a WORD of it. She was confused--a word of what? Yes, they'd gotten him good XD
After this story, Yuzawa asked Daiki to share some stories of his own trials and tribulations with women, and Daiki explained that he's absolutely 100% the "confess" kind (as opposed to being the "be confessed to" kind)--he's the type to go out and state his feelings clearly, and he likes whoever he's with to be the same way.
He recalled a girl he liked in middle school, Miyatake-san. He confessed to her one day, blurting out, "SUKI DESU!" and immediately becoming unable to say really anything else to her after that. She let him down easily, because she already had someone else she liked.
He took this quite well: by which I mean upon hearing this, he broke down sobbing, tears streaming down his cute little face ♥ What a trooper.
In high school, he confessed a grand total of 10 times over the three years: to 8 girls once, and one girl twice XD How did this happen? Well any time he would confess, he'd ultimately get turned down, and be completely depressed. But then another female friend would come and console him and tell him he'll find The One soon, and he'd get cheered up, and then fall victim to the Florence Nightingale effect and want to confess to THAT girl. It was a twisted, vicious cycle XD
He managed to actually nab a girlfriend (of sorts) his 3rd year of junior high, and was on cloud nine. Until one evening, a phone call came to his house, which one of his brothers answered:
Sano Bro: "Hello?"
Caller: "ARE YOU THAT SANO BASTARD?"
Sano Bro: "...Uh, well, I'm Sano..."
Caller: "DON'T BE STEALING OTHER PEOPLE'S BITCHES."
Sano Bro: "............................DAIKIIIIIIII."
Turns out Daiki's new "girlfriend" was already someone else's, and that other guy was from a rough-neighborhood school with a reputation for getting into fights a lot. And winning. He told Daiki to meet him behind a temple immediately, and Daiki, scared shitless, rounded up a group of his friends to help him fend off the other guys' gang.
Upon arriving at the temple, though, it was just the other guy and the girl. So Daiki felt like something of a chump, like he was jumping the other guy and not the other way around XDDDDDD
Daiki: "Oh, umm...so...I guess you can hit me or whatever. If you want."
Other guy: "Don't you fucking touch my bitch again."
Daiki: "Of course not, right right." *pause* "So...are you gonna hit me?"
Other guy: "Nah, I don't feel like it."
Daiki: "Okay...well then...I'm just gonna go then."
And he sauntered off casually...until he was out of sight of the guy, and then took off running ♥ Our Leader battles to the bitter end for his Woman.
After this thrilling tale, Yuzawa had a surprise: BIRTHDAY PRESENT TIME! He first handed Daiki a lovely photobook that Daiki was sure to enjoy. Daiki really had no words. "What, you don't like it???" <--Yuzawa, I love you.
Part two of the gift, though, was much better. It was an Evangelion figurine--but it was special, because it came in a box and you didn't know which of the 5 possible ones was in there. Even more special was that there was one super special one, Rei in a gold bathing suit, that Yuzawa had managed to get and was giving it to Daiki (who's also a big Eva fan). Daiki was thrilled, and thanked Yuzawa profusely.
Yuzawa reminded Daiki that Tecchan had actually given Daiki one of the same little boxes the previous day, but Daiki hadn't opened it yet. He urged Daiki to do so, since he was curious what the other one was as well, and Daiki took the box down from its shelf and opened it up.
Of course, as luck would have it, the exact same special edition figurine XDDDDD Pissed at being one-upped when all Tecchan had done was complain about how embarrassing it was to buy the thing in the first place, he refused to let Daiki keep the Rei figurine XDDDDD
They ended the show with a duet of Tamashii no RUFURAN from EVA. Yuzawa wanted Daiki to sing the opening notes, but was worried since, well, Daiki sucks. So they decided to lip-synch it, with Yuzawa doing the actual vocals and Daiki mouthing the words so it looked like Yuzawa's amazing voice was coming from Daiki. SO SPECIAL.
I hope Daiki and Eiji do a duet tomorrow *_______*
