(no subject)
So tonight was the first of the nativity scene at church, and I was surprisingly warm throughout. granted I had five or six layers of clothing on, lol. in my angel costume (which is all white) I felt like a giant marshmallow. we all kept running around bumping into each other with our big bellies and stuff. it was fun. Shaun and his mom came up there to see it, and then came inside to see me really quick. I was pretty happy about that :)
James and I talked for a little bit after we were done, as we were walking outside, and he asked me if I was coming back to youth on Wednesdays or not. I said that next week I would, but I have practice every other time. in a way, I almost don’t want to make poms, that way I could start going back, because I really like being around all of those people. I remember that nick (noble) was going to youth for a long time, but then I never saw him anymore.
I’m at least gonna go to Sunday school all the time, and to the 11:00 service on the days I don’t have to work. those that I do, I’m gonna go to the 8:30 service. I think this time around I’m a bit more open to talking to different people, and especially considering the fact that most of the rude people who used to go there are gone now.
The Spring Hill trip is the 31st- 2nd, and I can’t go because 1) I have to work, and 2) I always spend new years eve w/ Shaun, and that would be just weird if I was away, it would make me sad. I’m gonna go to last blast, and a few of the youth group trips this spring though. I’m really excited about getting more involved with stuff. Helping out in children’s church last week was a lot of fun. I liked it J
Tomorrow night I'm hoping that I won't break my neck being up on the roof of the stable for the nativity. If anyone isn't doing anything tomorrow, then people should come out and watch tomorrow. It starts at 7:00 and goes until 9:00. There are free cookies and hot chocolate, and u might get the chance to laugh at me (if i fall, u can laugh even harder). if anyone wants directions just call my cell phone or IM me some time.
