Now, for those of you who are unaware, the check in "day" (held on the 20th of every month), is a time for giving ups a progress report on your fic writing progress
However, unlike last year, we want this to be a more social event so you can communicate with other participants and help each other out, if needs be.
How it'll work is on the 20th of every month, we'll create a post on both the LiveJournal Community and the tumblr.
From there, you can comment on the LiveJournal post with your update and/or adding it to a reblog of the tumblr post.
Now, in your update you can include details about your fic progress*, as well as requests for help/whatever that other users are invited to respond to these (either by sending you an ask if it's on tumblr, or responding to their comment on the LiveJournal page)
So, I hope that explains it to all of you and if you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask!

*By progress, we're talking about a quick summary of how you've been going in the past month with your writing (as in, word count, ideas progress and/or if you've changed ships/fandom).
